Travel by train to Oey-Diemtigen station (Spiez-Zweisimmen line). Continue by PostBus to the «Zwischenflüh, Seebergstrasse» stop. From here the mountain hut Rinderalp can be reached on foot (approx. 6 km, hiking time 2 hrs. 30 min.).
By car:
Motorway A6 Bern direction Zweisimmen, 1 km after the Simmenfluhtunnel turn left direction Diemtigtal. Follow the Diemtigtalstrasse into the valley for 13 km until you reach the branch at Zwischenflüh (Seebergstrasse) and turn right. Here you will find the ticket machine for the alpstreet/parking area. Follow the signpost «Rinderalp». Above Zwischenflüh, turn right after the first large barn and follow the signs for approx. 9 km to the mountain hut.
