The alpine hut is located south of the Seebergsee and can be reached on foot in approx. 25 min. Dormitory in the Sennhütte on the 1st floor.
The hut is only open in summer.

Arrival and departure by arrangement.
By car:
Motorway A6 Bern direction Zweisimmen, 1 km after the Simmenfluh tunnel turn left direction to Diemtigtal. Follow the Diemtigtal road into the valley for 13 km until you reach the former Zwischenflüh post office (Seebergstrasse). Here you will find the ticket machine (fee Fr. 10) for the car park. Turn right towards Seebergsee and follow the road straight ahead for 5 km to the Meniggrund Gasebode car park (ignore the Rinderalp and Menigwald turn-offs). From the Seebergsee or Meienberg car parks, the hut can only be reached on foot (approx. 40-minute hike).
By train and PostBus (public transport):
Take the train to Oey-Diemtigen station. Continue by PostBus to the «Zwischenflüh, Seebergstrasse» stop. From here the «Stierenberg» mountain inn can be reached on foot (approx. 1.5 h).
