Three barbecue sites and plenty of seating await you at the «Mutzenstube» log cabin. Wood is available and you can shorten the waiting time in the log cabin with a Grimmimutz drawing. The > Grimmimutz adventure trail is open from May to October and offers many play posts for young and old (only in German).
By the way: the adventure trail is accessible for prams up to the blockhouse. If you have a pram with you, you can shorten the hike here and get to the water post on the flat.

Motorway A6 Bern direction Zweisimmen, 1 km after the Simmenfluh tunnel turn left direction to Diemtigtal. Follow the Diemtigtal road into the valley for 19 km in the direction of Schwenden, Grimmialp. From here the barbecue site can be reached in 45 minutes on foot.
Train, Bus & Co:
By train to Oey-Diemtigen. Continue by PostBus to the stop «Schwenden i.D., Grimmialp» (terminus). From here you reacht the barbecue site along the Grimmimutz adventure trail within a 50-minutes walk.
