Enjoy the tranquillity of the mountain world and, after your first overnight stay at the Hotel Kurhaus Grimmialp, set off for the Spillgerten nature reserve. On the way to Fromattgrat, it's worth keeping your eyes and ears open - can you spot ibexes and chamois on the rocky slopes of the Seehore? After just under five hours, you reach the Stierenberg mountain inn and immerse yourself in alpine life for a short time.

After a restful night at 1870 metres above sea level and a nutritious breakfast, you will soon reach the famous Seebergsee. This popular excursion destination is very busy on peak days - and as soon as you discover it, you'll know why. After a long descent, you will reach the village of Schwenden and the starting point at the Hotel Kurhaus Grimmialp. Would you like to spend another night on Grimmialp? No problem: from the Hotel Kurhaus Grimmialp many excursions in the Diemtigtal Nature Park are also possible for the fourth day.

Good to know
A small section of the hike on the first day leads through a summer pasture with yaks. Please keep your distance and do not touch the animals.
