By train to Oey-Diemtigen station (Spiez-Zweisimmen line). Continue by PostBus to the «Riedli, Talstation Wiriehorn» stop. Walk uphill for 20 minutes along the hiking trail or the road. Alternatively, the PostBus stops four times a day at the «Horboden, Sporthalle (Wiriehorn sports hall)» stop. Then a two-minute walk to the Wirieblick restaurant. The Diemtigtal model playground is located in the basement.

Motorway A6 Bern direction Zweisimmen, 1 km after the Simmenfluhtunnel turn left direction Diemtigtal. Follow the Diemtigtal road for 11 km. Shortly before the Riedli valley station, turn left towards "Ferienzentrum Wiriehorn". Parking and restaurant are signposted.
