The winter valley hike takes you from Anger to Senggiweid on the Grimmialp. During the hike, you have the striking peaks of Seehorn and the Spillgerten massif in view.

At the beginning of the path, you follow the cross-country ski trail to Weid, where the winter hiking trail and ski trail split for a short section to Tiermatti. It is worth taking some time here to admire the artistically carved and colorfully painted facade of the former guesthouse. From here, the winter hiking trail continues via Seeboden to Geissboden. The next highlight is the idyllic Blauseeli on Senggiweid. Deeply snow-covered, it lies surrounded by fir trees. It is also a beautiful photo subject in winter.

One last time, you cast your eyes on the striking peaks of the Spillgerten before the path leads you back down the valley to the "Grimmialp" post bus stop.

The winter hiking trail is walkable and signposted in both directions. There are shortcuts at Tiermatti (post bus stop "Tiermatti") and at Geissboden (post bus stop "Fildrichbrücke").
